Oren Frank believes that getting at least seven hours of sleep each night is vital for him to function properly. Reading is also and important part of Mr. Frank’s everyday activities. He calls himself a voracious reader, and he enjoys reading material that is not job related. Mr. Frank doesn’t have a hard time when it comes to generating ideas. He believes that the harder task is to keep one’s focus on the important ideas. Part of Mr. Frank being focused is that he avoids spending a great deal of time on social media outlets. Mr. Frank believes that a person needs to be goal oriented and stay focused on the goal without outside distractions taking too much time. However, Mr. Frank does believe that it is important to stop once in awhile throughout the day just to center oneself in order to maintain the ability to focus.
The idea of moderation is important to Oren Frank. That includes moderation in conducting business as well. He believes that work has its place, but a person also needs to make time for one’s family and other relationships. According to Oren Frank, being obsessed with work can lead to problems.
Finally, Oren Frank doesn’t believe in concentrating on mistakes or failures. He believes that mistakes and failures are par for the course when starting a business. With each failure, one moves ahead to try to do things in a better way the next time.
