Before he co founded Fortress Investment Group, Randal spent several years working at other financial services firms such as BlackRock Financial Management and UBS. Prior to his experience in the financial sector, Nardone worked as an attorney for a law firm for several years. His careers in both law and finance allowed him to accumulate a considerable fortune. Nardone spent several years at this firm as one of the practicing attorneys. Randal would later become a member of the firm’s executive committee. This enabled him to have a key leadership role in the law firm. Nardone eventually moved on to pursue career opportunities in the financial sector.
